Регіональний ландшафтний парк Тилігульський, екологічний туризм і природна краса, відпочинок на природі, Флора, Фауна

Determining the number of birds was one of the main areas of study of fauna.

The winter registration of birds was carried out on February 10, 2023 by the park specialist M. V. Hrubyi and I. I.Nakonechnyi.V. - Professor of the Department of Ecology and Environmental Technologies of the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding. The number of birds was determined mainly by direct signs of their presence – visual and acoustic – by vocalization (voice) or sounds of knocking on tree trunks. The number of birds was determined mainly by direct signs of their presence – visual and acoustic – by vocalization (voice) or sounds of knocking on tree trunks. Anatoliivka village, Ukrainska Spit and on the road along the estuary to Ukrainka village.

The main wintering ornithocomplexes in the water area of the Tiligul estuary are formed mainly by circumpolar birds, which are more tied to the natural areas of wetlands.

In the course of conducting research in the winter in the Tylihulskiy RLP, 8 species of birds were found, namely: mallard, great crested grebe, gray heron, lesser spotted eagle, whooper swan, pallid harrier, ruddy shelduck, Eurasian teal.

Species composition and number of birds during the average winter counts conducted on February 10, 2023 in the water area of the Tilihulsky RLP:

  • Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos) - 52 ind
  • Great crested grebe (Podiceps cristatus) - 60 ind
  • Gray heron (Ardea cinerea) - 2 ind
  • Lesser spotted eagle (Clanga pomarina) - 1 ind
  • Whooper swan (Cygnus Cygnus) - 124 ind
  • Pallid harrier (Circus macrourus) - 1 ind
  • Ruddy shelduck (Tadorna ferruginea) - 4 ind
  • Eurasian teal (Anas crecca) - 80 ind

Traditional mid-winter accounting of birds in the water area of the Tiligul estuary showed that the most massive species within the reservoir were the whooper swan (Cygnus Cygnus) – 124 ind. (48 of which are young), Eurasian teal (Anas crecca)°– 80 ind., Great crested grebe (Podiceps cristatus) – 60 ind.,mallard (Podiceps cristatus) – 60 ind.,mallard (Anas platyrhynchos) – 52 ind.

In small°groups or alone, gray heron (Ardea cinerea),°lesser spotted eagle (Clanga pomarina), pallid harrier (°Circus macrourus), Ruddy shelduck (Tadorna ferruginea).

Among the rare and disappearing representatives of the avifauna, listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, the ruddy shelduck (Tadorna ferrugineawas noted - 4 individuals. Thus, it should be noted that taking into account the entire migration period, as well as the large survey area, the absolute number of birds is insignificant.

The results of the studies made it possible to obtain data on the nature of the stay, the number, the state of the population and conservation measures.

Anseriformes - 5 species were the mostmassivemassive series.Tadorna tadorna) and mallard (Anas platyrhynchoswere kept in clusters in the water area of the Tiligul estuary.Cygnus Cygnus) and the great crested grebe (Podiceps cristatuswere kept in the water area of the Tiligul estuary. The common shelduck (Tadorna tadorna), the whooperswan (Cygnus cygnus) and mallard (Anas platyrhynchos), which were fed in the fields in previous years, did not fly to the agrocenoses further than 1-1.5 km from the water area of the Tiligul estuary.
