Regional landscape park "Tilihulsky", covering the estuary and adjacent areas with a total area of 8,195.4 hectares within the Mykolaiv region. The park is open to visitors all year round, but in the spring and summer, the landscape is in full bloom.
The Park is a nature conservation recreational institution of regional importance, created to preserve in its natural state the tipchak - kovylovy steppes, petrophytic - steppe floristic complexes, aquatic complexes of the Tiligul estuary, nesting sites, seasonal clusters and migrations of birds, to provide favorable conditions for the existence of a number of endemic species, as well as those listed in the Red Book of Ukraine and the list of regional protection, as well as to provide conditions for organized recreation of the population.

The fee is established in accordance with Article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine" Resolution of the CMU of December 28, 2000 No. 1913
