Scientists made the first expedition to the territory of the "Tiligulskyi" RLP this year on February 10, 2024, with the aim of finding the first flowering plant of our steppes, Colchicum ancyrense. As a result of this study, new localities were found not only of the Colchicum ancyrense, but also of another rare plant species. A new locality of Elwes's snowdrop (Galanthus elwesii Hook.f.) has been discovered. This species is listed in the Red Book of Ukraine (2009), which has a "vulnerable" environmental status and is included in the IUCN Red List. Density of individuals of this species: 20 individuals per 1m2.2Also, two localities of Colchicum ancyrense (Colchicum ancyrense B.L. Burtt) were found, which has a "vulnerable"conservation status in the Red Book of Ukraine (2009). A species with a disjunctive range at the northern limit of its distribution. Density of individuals of this species:2 50 individuals per 100m2.
